These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Interval mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated from Switzerland. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address, which we verify before your account is activated.
Interval lets you create events, post comments, send chat messages, and maintain a public profile (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, and you retain ownership of it. By posting, you grant Interval a limited licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service.
Every comment and chat message can be reported, and any user can be blocked, directly inside the app (via the long-press menu on a message or the menu on a user's profile). Blocking a user hides their content from you in both directions.
We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and will act on them within 24 hours by removing the offending content and, where warranted, ejecting the user who provided it. To report content or a user, use the in-app reporting tools or contact us at [email protected].
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) scrape, harvest, or misuse other users' data; or (e) use the Service to send spam or solicitations.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in objectionable or abusive conduct. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interval is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Interval does not organise the events listed and is not responsible for what happens at them; you attend events at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
